License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, BS4U Tone Tools grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BS4U Tone Tools within the activation allowance associated with the purchased license.
Restrictions
Do not resell license keys, bypass licensing or security controls, use the service unlawfully, or present BS4U Tone Tools as endorsed by a third-party manufacturer or artist.
Customer content
The customer retains rights in audio and project material they lawfully use and is responsible for having permission to use that material.
Measurements and recommendations
Analysis results are workflow aids and estimates based on the available input data and BS4U rules. Final tone, mix, performance, and playback decisions remain with the customer.
