If BS4U Tone Tools cannot be used because of a verified technical incompatibility that support cannot reasonably resolve, contact support within 14 days of purchase to request review of a refund.
What to include
Provide the order number, license email, operating system, browser, audio interface, and a clear description of the problem. Support may request privacy-safe diagnostics needed to reproduce the issue.
Abuse and legal rights
Refund requests may be denied in cases of license abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or material violation of the license terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
